the wellness talk in office regarding manage ur thinking and if u are depressed or stress.. it mentions there are 2 pillars in your life that u will share ur problems and issues to, so that u wont keep the internal feeling to yourself n break down.. the 2 group of people are family and friends.. talk to your family abt issues with friends and talk to friends if is the issue of family.. but somehow, i dont share my issues with my family and now, i dont share my issues with friends.. so everything is just kept within me and waiting for explosion.. i m so tired already.. i m tired of smiling n laughing in front of ppl and inside me, i'm crying.. crying at night in my room on days.. ppl see me don't even think that i'm stress or have troubles n problems that are bothering me.. what can i do to unleash all these.. i'm getting more emo always.. getting more depress and my mood got to change always.. i just want to get out of here.. get out of singapore and go somewhere else.. just a few months or years.. just let me be able to be a happy person again..
