ok..
i really need to slim down le..
i'm getting fatter and fatter each day =(
haiz..
and winter is coming..
and i will end up eating alot too..
need to start training myself for less food..
no food after 8pm..
yes..
other than fruits..
no food are suppose to enter into my mouth..
pls pls..
make myself discipline..
i dun wanna weigh 60kg =(

got to buck up le..
no food..
less food..
reduce reduce..!!!
pls controol me..
